By accessing or using the TrapVerse Labs website at trapverselabs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Beat Licensing

When you purchase a beat from TrapVerse Labs, you are purchasing a license to use that beat under specific terms:

  • Non-Exclusive License: You may use the beat for your project, but the beat remains available for purchase by others. Specific usage limits apply per license tier.
  • Exclusive License: You receive sole rights to the beat. After purchase, the beat is removed from our catalog. Full ownership of the composition transfers to you.
  • Custom Beats: Custom commissions are subject to separate agreements discussed during the production process.

3. AI-Generated Content

Some beats on TrapVerse Labs are created with AI assistance. All AI-generated content is reviewed and refined by human producers. When you license a beat, you receive the same rights regardless of whether AI was involved in its creation. We clearly label AI-generated content on our platform.

4. Artist Agreements

Artists signed to TrapVerse Labs operate under separate artist agreements. Key terms include an 80/20 revenue split favoring the artist, full creative control, and transparent reporting. Full details are provided in individual artist contracts.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products, beat purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and code, is the property of TrapVerse Labs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute purchased beats beyond the scope of your license
  • Resell or redistribute beats without authorization
  • Upload harmful content or malware

8. Limitation of Liability

TrapVerse Labs is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the content therein. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
